About the artist
Where photography meets imagination
Sara Sandberg’s work combines original photography and digital painting. Animals often emerge as central figures in her visual storytelling, while atmosphere and mystery invite viewers to weave their own narratives.
Sara works with authentic content only — no stock photos, AI or computer-generated images. Nature, personal impressions and inner voices are her primary sources of inspiration. Her background in watercolor painting informs her use of light and shadow.
Sara is a Sweden-based photo composite artist. She has won international awards including 1st Prize at the International Photo Awards (IPA) 2023 and the Swedish Championship of Photography 2023 & 2024.
